Use of Apna Setu

Apna Setu provides a mobile ordering service for daily essentials in supported service areas. By using the app or website, customers agree to provide accurate account, address, and order information.

Orders and availability

Product availability, prices, discounts, taxes, fees, and delivery windows may vary by location, inventory, and operational conditions. An order may be modified, delayed, or cancelled if products are unavailable or the delivery location is not serviceable.

Pricing and fees

Customers can review item total, delivery fee, handling fee, platform fee, discounts, taxes, and final payable amount before placing an order. Fees are configured by Apna Setu and may change from time to time.

Payments

Apna Setu may support UPI, online payment, and cash on delivery where available. Online payments are handled by Razorpay or another authorized payment provider. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification or accepted COD placement.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, stock availability, partner availability, customer availability, or other operational issues.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide a reachable phone number, accurate address, and safe delivery instructions. Customers should verify items at delivery where applicable and report issues promptly.

Limitation of liability

Apna Setu will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders accurately and on time, but is not liable for indirect losses, external service failures, network issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
