Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation before fulfilment

Customers may request cancellation before an order is packed or sent for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible unless approved by support.

Unavailable items

If an ordered item is unavailable, Apna Setu may contact the customer for a replacement, remove the item, or cancel the affected part of the order. Any eligible difference will be adjusted or refunded.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be approved for failed payments, duplicate payments, cancelled orders, missing items, damaged items, incorrect items, or quality issues reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined if the issue is reported too late, products are consumed or tampered with, the delivery was completed as requested, or the customer provided an incorrect address or unreachable contact details.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds for online payments are generally initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary, typically taking 5-7 working days after initiation.
