Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate Apna Setu, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, location details when permission is granted, cart details, order history, payment status, and support messages.
How we use information
We use customer information to create accounts, process orders, confirm delivery location, calculate charges, coordinate delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve service quality, and comply with applicable law.
Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Apna Setu does not store full card, UPI PIN, or sensitive payment authentication credentials. Payment identifiers and status may be stored for order verification, refunds, support, and audit purposes.
Location data
Location is used to check serviceability and improve delivery accuracy. Customers may choose a saved address or pin their exact location. Location permission can be controlled from device settings.
Sharing of information
We may share limited information with delivery partners, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics or communication tools, and legal authorities where required. We do not sell customer personal information.
Data retention
Order, account, and payment records may be retained for business, legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Support requests may be retained to improve customer service.
Customer rights
Customers can request correction, deletion, or access to personal information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.
